The ceramic humbuckers used in the RAY5HH create a stronger magnetic field to power the 9V integrated active preamp, giving this bass guitar the iconic Stingray growl. In line with previous models in the SUB series, Sterling continues to use a 2-band active EQ, however, they have combined it with a 5-position pickup switch, giving you complete tonal freedom.
