TONEX ONE can replace any amplifier, boost, overdrive, distortion, or fuzz pedal, and due to its small size, it fits almost anywhere. Anyone can have as many TONEX ONE units as needed. Some can be used as overdrive, others as amplifier head simulations, and others as different effects. With editable knob colors, you'll never lose track, and you can always find professional sound safely in your pedalboard.

Two operating modes

• DUAL MODE (default mode)
  functions similarly to a two-channel amplifier setup. It concentrates the power of two presets into one unit. In this mode, there are two presets A and B in TONEX ONE, which you switch between using a footswitch. Bypass is not available in this mode.
  In Dual mode, you can have both clean and crunch sounds in one box and easily switch between them. Presets can contain different amplifiers and settings.
• STOMP MODE
  is a simpler option that simulates the function of most stompboxes. The pedal offers one preset with two states (on and off). You can switch again using a footswitch. This mode allows you to use TONEX ONE as a typical overdrive stompbox. You activate overdrive with the footswitch or choose a bypass (without any effect).

The combination of these two modes offers significant advantages. You can use TONEX ONE in dual mode for clean and crunch, while simultaneously using another TONEX ONE in stomp mode as a classic distortion.

20 models in one pedal
You can import up to 20 different finely-tuned presets into each TONEX ONE. In browsing mode, you can scroll through individual presets and assign them to each of the three preset slots. No connection to a computer or any operating device is required.
So at home or in the studio, you can select your 20 best presets from the TONEX for Mac/PC or from the TONEX PEDAL and have them stored in the memory of TONEX ONE. During a sound check or in the dressing room, you can then select 3 top presets from your 20 and use them for your performance.

Let’s say you’re using TONEX ONE as your overdrive pedal. For different performances, you may need a Tube Screamer, Klone Centaur, or ProCo RAT. Before the performance, you select these three from your 20 presets and then easily switch between them during play.

A war of colors, or customization for any situation
You can customize the color of the micro knobs on TONEX ONE to suit your preferences. This way, you can enhance the aesthetics of your pedalboard and make it easier to identify individual pedals - different TONEX ONE units.
Due to the size and reasonable price, many customers may choose to buy multiple TONEX ONE units and arrange them according to their preferences. Customizable colors of mini knobs associated with each preset also offer additional benefits. They help distinguish between A/B and Bypass modes, and make each TONEX ONE unit easily identifiable. For example, someone might have their overdrive in red, distortion in blue, fuzz in purple, and both amplifier channels in a single color, switching A/B mode in orange and red. Your imagination knows no bounds.

Available colors include red, green, amber (default), yellow, cyan, blue, pink, purple, and white. Additionally, there is an option to turn off the lights. This is useful in more formal settings, such as theaters or performances, where any light would disrupt the aesthetics of the scene.
