The Sterling by Music Man Cutlass Plus HSS (CT50XHSS) in the Showtime finish is a modern “workhorse” electric guitar from the limited series. Compared to standard CT50 models, it adds premium features such as an active mid-boost and special fretboard inlays.
It features a double-cutaway poplar body, a roasted maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets. The 25.5" (64.8 cm) scale length is paired with a 12" radius, a 42 mm nut and a 57 mm neck width at the 12th fret.
The HSS pickup setup includes a Sterling Modern Humbuckers bridge pickup and Sterling single-coil pickups in the middle and neck positions (3 pickups total). Hardware includes a Sterling Vintage Style Trem bridge and Sterling Locking Tuners.
