The Ernie Ball VPJR is a perfect 2-in-1 pedal combining precise volume control with a digital chromatic tuner. The pedal features a fast, accurate tuner with a graphical volume display that is visually appealing and easy to use. The large display automatically switches between tuner and volume modes depending on the signal level, allowing the player to tune at minimum volume. Other “always on” configurations are accessible by double-tapping the touch screen. The tuner can, of course, be calibrated to different reference pitches. The pedal’s compact, rugged construction consists of an aluminium housing and features a thicker, more durable Kevlar cord coated with PVC.
