AIMM™ Technology (AI Machine Modelling)

The TONEX ONE uses AIMM™ (Artificial Intelligence Machine Modelling) technology by IK Multimedia, capturing the authentic response, dynamics, and harmonic non-linearities of real amplifiers and effects pedals. Users can utilise models downloaded from the ToneNET platform or create their own using the desktop software.

Operating Modes: Dual and Stomp

The pedal can switch between two modes. Dual mode allows toggling between two A/B presets using the footswitch, with each preset having its own LED indicator. Stomp mode functions as a classic distortion effect with on/off capability. Each mode has its own slot, where any of the 20 presets can be stored.

Internal DSP and Effects Chain

The built-in DSP processing includes a noise gate, compressor, modulation effects (chorus, flanger, tremolo, rotary, phaser), three-band EQ, delay (digital, tape), and various types of reverb (room, spring, plate). The effects chain can be independently configured for each preset, including the import of custom impulse responses (IR).

Audio Interface and DAW Integration

The TONEX ONE doubles as a USB-C audio interface with 24-bit / 44.1 kHz conversion. It supports recording processed stereo signals or clean DI signals. Software includes TONEX SE and AmpliTube 5 SE for creating, editing, and organising presets, with full DAW integration.

Construction and Limited Edition

The limited "Brown Sound – Yellow" edition features a yellow design and an exclusive selection of presets based on legendary amplifiers like Marshall and Peavey. The pedal's construction is compact, durable, and suitable for pedalboard use. Power is supplied via a standard 9V adapter or USB-C.
