The PolyTune polyphonic tuner has reached its third generation, retaining all the features of the previous "2" series, including precise tuning accuracy with a deviation of only ±0.02 cents in Strobe mode and about 0.5 cents in chromatic mode, while adding several innovations.

PolyTune 3 features a 109 LED Retina display equipped with a light sensor, making tuning easily visible in different conditions. It now includes an integrated BonaFide buffer taken from the namesake pedal and still offers a default true bypass mode - mode switching is managed by two small DIP switches located inside the chassis.

The high-quality buffer boasts a noise level greater than 112 dB and zero degradation of the signal, capable of eliminating unwanted interference caused by long cables. It also offers an Always On function that consistently detects the tuning of individual strings while playing.

Power is supplied via a 9V adapter or battery, and like the previous model, it features a parallel output barrel connector for connecting power cables to other pedals with a draw of up to 2 A, as well as a USB port for potential firmware updates.
