Shipping and Payment

Czech Republic and Slovakia

We deliver orders within the Czech Republic and Slovakia quickly and reliably via PPL and DPD. The usual delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping is free for orders over CZK 3,000. You can also pick up your order in person at our store in Prague 5 – Smíchov.

Payment methods:

  • Cash at the store.

  • Card payment at the store.

  • Advance bank transfer.

  • Online card payment.

  • Cash on delivery.

  • PayPal.

Europe

We ship to selected European countries via DHL Express. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping is free for orders over EUR 250. For orders below this amount, shipping fees apply according to the selected payment method.

International payment methods:

  • Cash at the store in Prague 5 – Smíchov.

  • Advance bank transfer in CZK or EUR.

  • SEPA transfer for EUR payments.

  • Credit/debit card.

  • PayPal.

Shipping rates in Europe

For orders under EUR 250, shipping fees are:

  • CZK 349 for card payment or SEPA / bank transfer.

  • CZK 600 for PayPal.

These rates apply to parcels up to 25 kg. Oversized or heavier shipments are charged individually according to the carrier’s current rates.

We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times by country are 2 to 5 business days:

  • 2 days: Hungary.

  • 3 days: Belgium, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Slovenia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom.

  • 4 days: Bulgaria, Denmark, Croatia, Ireland, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Greece, Sweden.

  • 5 days: Estonia, Finland, Portugal, Spain.

Important information

The listed shipping prices apply to parcels up to 25 kg. Oversized shipments are charged according to the carrier’s current pricing.

Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and additional fees. Please also note that the conditions for Greece do not apply to islands.
