Shipping and Payment

Czech Republic

Orders within the Czech Republic are delivered by PPL.

The usual delivery time is approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.

The exact shipping price and estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout.

Payment methods in the Czech Republic

  • Cash payment at the Rockster Music store in Prague.

  • Card payment at the store.

  • Bank transfer before dispatch.

  • Online card payment.

  • Cash on delivery, where available for the relevant order.

  • PayPal.

The payment methods available may vary depending on the product, order value and selected delivery method.

European Union

We deliver to permitted EU countries using DHL.

The usual delivery time is approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and delivery address.

The exact shipping price, available carrier and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Countries we deliver to

We deliver to the following European Union countries:

  • Austria.

  • Belgium.

  • Bulgaria.

  • Croatia.

  • Denmark.

  • Estonia.

  • Finland.

  • France.

  • Germany.

  • Hungary.

  • Ireland.

  • Italy.

  • Latvia.

  • Lithuania.

  • Luxembourg.

  • The Netherlands.

  • Poland.

  • Portugal, excluding Madeira and the Azores.

  • Romania.

  • Slovakia.

  • Slovenia.

  • Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

  • Sweden.

  • Mainland Greece only, excluding all Greek islands.

We deliver only to the European mainland of the countries listed above and to territories treated as their standard European territory for the purpose of this delivery service.

Excluded territories

We do not deliver to:

  • Any Greek island.

  • Madeira.

  • The Azores.

  • The Canary Islands.

  • Ceuta or Melilla.

  • French overseas departments or territories.

  • Dutch Caribbean territories.

  • Portuguese overseas or autonomous territories.

  • Greenland or the Faroe Islands.

  • The Åland Islands.

  • Any other overseas, autonomous, island or special territory outside the standard European territory of the relevant country.

We do not deliver outside the European Union or to any of the excluded territories listed above.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend mainly on:

  • The destination country and delivery address.

  • Parcel dimensions and weight.

  • The type of goods ordered.

  • The number of parcels.

  • The selected payment method.

  • Any special shipping requirements.

The final shipping charge will be displayed before the order is submitted.

For oversized or heavy shipments, the shipping charge may be calculated individually. If this applies, we will inform the customer of the price before dispatch.

Delivery and tracking

After dispatch, we will send an order-dispatch confirmation and, where available, a tracking number.

  • Shipments within the Czech Republic are handled by PPL.

  • Shipments to other permitted EU countries are handled by DHL.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier workload, public holidays, weather, an incorrect address, the recipient’s unavailability or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Damaged parcels

Please inspect the parcel and packaging upon delivery.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or shows signs of unauthorised access:

  1. Take photographs of the parcel and packaging.

  2. Report the damage to the carrier.

  3. Where possible, ask the carrier to record the damage.

  4. Keep the parcel and all packaging materials.

  5. Contact us at rockster@rockster.cz.

For shipments within the Czech Republic, contact PPL. For shipments to other permitted EU countries, contact DHL.

Failure to report damage to the carrier does not, by itself, limit the customer’s statutory rights against Rockster Music.

After receiving confirmation that the order is ready, you may collect it from our store:
