Schaller Oyster S/S - passive piezo pickup - 1 pc

Schaller Oyster S/S is a passive piezo pickup for acoustic instruments, delivering a natural, balanced sound without the need for a preamp.

The S/S (single/socket) model is designed for internal installation and comes with a high-quality 6.35 mm (1/4") jack socket, which also serves as a strap button.

• Pickup type: Piezo contact pickup (soundboard vibration pickup).
• Mounting: Intended for internal mounting using double-sided adhesive film or removable adhesive pads that do not damage the instrument’s surface.
• Sound: Offers a natural, warm and full reproduction of the instrument’s sound, without active circuitry or preamps. The resulting sound is determined by the interaction of the diaphragm, the piezo element and a special contact gel.
• Passive circuitry: Does not require power, such as a battery.
